Sorry, I really don't know which forum this should be in.

Has anyone heard of or used the app ToneBridge? It's on computers and phones I think...

I noticed that UltimateGuitar pro tabs had a link to it, so I just downloaded it and. Turns out to have a ton of presets of famous guitar tones! Amp, pedal, the whole thing, so you can sorta use it to jam along. And I noticed that you can run it in logic and record with it.

And it sounds ok! Anyone ever used it? It seems fun

    No, but it sounds interesting.

I'm curious to check it out.

It's cool. Definitely would recommend it to someone that is just getting into pedals. I ran it on my iPad, and it was good enough to play around. I think latency was an issue, and then some plugins had massive feedback, as if you were standing in front of a stack of speakers. But that might have been specific to my setup.
Otherwise I'd certainly recommend it to get a taste of effects without spending tons of cash.
