Today I saved a koala

Yes they're really trying to make it pleasant. These tress were at least 20 years old.

I've read and re-read the original post and I must be thick. Exactly how did you save it? You saw it about to cross the road, stopped your car......then asked a woman what happened to it?

@Lonn I saw it and it being a narrow road started to move under my Toyota Camry. So I stopped. Waited and didn't see anything if he walked under my car. I put my car in park and hit the hazzard lights ( causing a bit of a traffic jam ). Got out and checked under my car- no koala. So then I asked the lady in an SUV behind me if she saw a koala. Then she pointed out out that it was to my right and going up a tree. A nice man had a towel and was going to wrap it up and carry it back across the road to a gum tree park. Had I not stopped I probably would've made it road kill. Anyway, all good and I left the scene knowing the man would take it to a safe spot. Simply put, I stopped avoiding running over it and killing it as my Toyota is too low for it to go under so i must've sopped in time giving it passageway in front of my car. All good.
