Today.....I baked a sheet bread.

    Ok well it's not really baked more like fried in a pan with no oil...so baked I guess.

    Inspired by John Backlund's kitchen adventure I made some Roti for dinner, been a while but it worked out ok.

    My wife made some Babaganoush and now its time for dinner.

    Sheet bread? Interesting, my wife makes homemade naan and looks just like that. Very tasty!

    Looks like authentic flatbread to me. Might be East Indian or Middle Eastern, possibly even African.
    Not sure where else you would find stuff like this.

    Oooh naan, yumm, I have not made that in quite a while, it's quite a bit more work but is really is good......hmm well I have some time.......

    Looking at that I’m seriously jonesing for a Roti. Unfortunately, my favorite place to get a Roti lost their cook and she made the best. There are a couple of places that have decent Roti but, at best, they are a far second
