I've got two Timmys (one from 2012, one some years old, no date inside) and they both exhibit the same problem. With the pedals engaged, all is fine. But when bypassed, one is completely dead while the other has only the occasional faint crackling of signal. Opening the case reveals no obvious break in the wiring or scorch marks. Certainly, part of the glory of a Timmy is that you can leave it on the whole time and just ride your guitar's volume knob which I did last gig...but I'd like to be able to turn it off for clean-clean tone as I set my Timmys for some mild breakup at 11am on the Gain knob. Anybody else experience this...?
