Not a dream band per se, but there was a group called Telescreen about a decade ago comprised of members from some bands in a scene I was into more back then. They released one EP and had a few demos floating out there. Cool concept behind their live shows, really strong vocalist, great sound, and their demos following their EP sounded really promising. I always would’ve liked to have heard them continue on, they had the potential to be quite special in my opinion.

I really thought the pairing of Paul McCartney and Elvis Costello was going to be a good fit but it didn't last or turn into a classic pairing. Before Harrison died, I thought the three remaining Beatles should have recorded an album of rotating guests to make the fourth.

Yeah, Veronica's not even the best song on Spike (I might put it around fifth) but I'm honestly a little relieved the four never got back together... I've been disappointed so many times when that happens (Police, et al), I'm just glad fate or maybe acrimony or whatever kept them apart.

    What do I win?;)

I actually think Entwistle was the best bassist ever, but he would play over Page too much.
