    Okay okay, since you guys are so impatient, I went and got it. Very impressed by how it finished up! Perfectly smooth and glossy. I don’t think I could have pulled it off even if I’d taken months on it.

    Anyway, here ya go:

    Did the sponges and other masking/hole plugging methods work as intended? The f-hole edges look great.
    That flake is epic. It’s mesmerizing, I feel like I’m staring at the creation of the universe.

    Yeah, it seems to have worked. They pulled all the masking for me, which was nice but I was sorta curious to see.

    It's a bit darker than I imagined, because they didn't flake it heavily enough to conceal the black undercoat, but it also gives it depth that way, and allowed them to shoot the clear thinner. Can't wait to get it out in the sun!
