Friend of mine was here: http://www.emeraldcityguitars.com

Couldn't fit an original blackguard Tele he saw there into his luggage so he got me a pack of all parts strat pickup covers.
    They were also black.

You may find a tribute to a left handed guitar player from the 60's there . You may not appreciate his music , but it sure is difficult to doubt his influence to this day . Do what Ironwolf said first .

Space needle, of course! Boeing factory tour is fun if you’re into aircraft or flying. Chihuly garden and glass.

Is Paul Allen's EMP still there by the Seattle Center? If it is, it's worth a look.

Quite a bit of instrument/guitar/band history there.

There’s nothing in emerald city guitars that I can afford. I go anyway. I love the sign on the Dumble “Don’t even think about it!” Thunder road guitars in West Seattle has a great selection of really cool vintage guitars and gear. If it were me I’d go bike in Mt. Rainer park or go mountain biking. The mountain biking is world class.

Dude is from London, I doubt that the Seattle weather will phase him.

Yeah, don't miss the EMP, near the Needle. Worth it just to get a close-up look at Hendrix's Woodstock Strat, and Clapton's Layla Strat.
