Arrrggghhh!!..... such fun...
within 6 mths some of these kids were writing their own songs and performing them..... much to my surprise...
the ones who "got it" early were the ones who were natural entertainers.... learning a few chords was a means to an ends kind of thing....
once they could string a few chords together... they made up there own songs.. or found them on the web and learned them without much help from me..
