    Looking great. If it was mine I'd do an oil finish on those beautiful pieces of wood. Waiting to see the finished pictures.

    Yeah I'll be doing a Tru-Oil finish on it. I've got some amber tint I'm going to put on first. I'm really hoping I can get it done this weekend and start on the finish.

    Please reconsider the amber tint. I would go clear, I have some spalty guitars in clear and I think natural is best. No matter what you do your guitar is looking great!

    I haven’t done anything tint wise to it yet and I’m kinda with you. I think I’m going to just do a tru oil finish. I need to sand my scrap piece and try it and see what I think.

    Started on the finish on the back and sides. Haven't committed to the front yet.

    Most likely it's just going to end up being Tru-Oil. I had thought about tinting it but I think I'm just going to leave it natural and go with it.
