I remember everything...except where i left my cellphone, my car keys, my cigarettes and lighter, my wallet. Other than that, my memory is perfect.

The actor who played in that movie that had a girl who he was chasing. I think it had a car chase in it. The director did a Disney movie but was better known for being in a TV show. I might have the last part wrong. I think Kevin Bacon is connected in some way.

Lyrics to recently learned songs. Last night at gig, got a request for Tambourine Man.....pulled it off without a hitch (from fifty years ago?) but had trouble remembering recently worked up Teacher by Jethro Tull. I can recall Hendrix's version of All Along the Watchtower without trouble, but don't ask me what I had for dinner two days ago.

I have a three item errand memory. If Mrs. says get this, this and that on my way out the door...all is good. If she adds one thing, the first one drops off---better write a list:rolleyes:.

Somewhere in the late 60's I was visiting rellies in Syracuse NY. I went with Larry Mancini, Frank Notarfrancesco, Mark Haahr, Mike Fidler, Bobbie Leo, Louie Miscione and Mike Benati and Dave Favalo to an all girls school called The Convent School in Syracuse for a dance. Almost all of those cats were my rellies. We went to see The Strawberry Alarm Clock play their hit song Incense and Peppermints. I went because I was an aspiring bass player to see the SUNN lineup and hear it first hand. Only to realize that I could only afford my Ampeg B15 flip top. Cool concert though.

    and a Tele

I have a pretty good memory but I get distracted when I'm at walmart by talking to random strangers, messing with people, "assisting" the door greeters and so on. I always forget half my list but I have fun though. Try it. Just walk up to the door greeter and start helping them out. "I got this one... Welcome to walmart... I love you". Start telling them how to do their job. Endless fun.

Phone numbers. I consciously made a decision back in 1973 not to remember phone numbers in order to leave space in my brain for more important things. Yeah, I was a nerd and it was 30 years later that I realized, that phone numbers are way more important to remember than most other things. Too late for me, I can't even remember my own phone number. It is the primary reason for even considering thinking about getting a cell phone, but I am resisting.

we've come around to the state where you really don't have to remember phone numbers anymore

I don't know my wife's number, my work number, or even my OWN number, and I'm FINE! :)

I do know my house number, but nobody calls me on that anyway.
