    Whenever I feel my Mojo's deserting me, I take a dose of The Last Waltz with Mavis & Pops and that performance reminds me why I aspire to be a musician. Never fails.

    Love it big time, it's true that Mavis and Pop Staples aversion is incredible but I like this one as well it's always warming hearts hearing musicians all over our planet on the same groove. Ringo is always fun

    He sure is. With hindsight, can't help thinking without his sense of fun and simple enjoyment in making music he was a big part of the glue- and Lennon & McCartney would've split sooner without him in the band; a constant reminder of 'The Good Old Days'.

    Do agree I think he was the link between them when they were hardly speaking to each other as Geoff Emerick wrote in his book about the Beatles
