The TAMI show is on TCM 8:00 pm eastern Beach Boys, chuck berry, James Brown etc. live 1964

    And later an Elvis documentary

I know it’s kind of late but thought I’d let those who care know

There was quite a well endowed back up dancer that was kind of distracting

Watching now. Back when there was no vocal correction or lip sync, LIVE. Man James Brown can work a crowd!!!

Did you notice the two guitars for Billy J Kramer were plugged into the same amp!!

It looked like The Beach Boys only had one guitar amp and a reverb unit, it also looked like James browns guitarists amp mic was pointing at the amp head on the floor

Single mic on the drums barely catching the snare

    Interesting to watch

You can also find the whole thing intact on Youtube amid a sea of short clips.

James Brown steals the show, but the Stones doing Chuck Berry's 'Round and 'Round is my favorite performance of theirs. Keef is having such a ball during that song. There's also a quick shot of a beautiful young woman who's rocking out to the Stones and you can see that her boyfriend just doesn't get it.

I watched it tonight. Man, James Brown was on fire. And after nearly 60 years and countless listenings of Billy J. Kramer’s I’ll Keep You Satisfied, I’m thinking, damn, that sounds like a Lennon-McCartney song. After a quick Google, whatta ya know, it was. Never knew that.

what was that huge thing behind the Beach Boys? i've never seen a guitar amplifier that big.it was bigger than a Showman. i wondered if it was some sort of custom made PA rig.
