That's so wonderful, John! I had a kyphoplasty in October and have your same surgery scheduled for March. So happy reading that it did you some good! Sure makes standing with a guitar around your neck a bit easier, huh? :)

Sending all my love and hopes for a speedy healing! xo

AWESOME! I was sure we’d be hearing great news. Super happy for you.

How long are they going to keep you in the hospital?

Don't get cocky too soon... ;) Jumping jacks etc., even jumping for joy too soon. ;)

Oh, what a relief it is... literally. Best to you...

I go home tomorrow. They are keeping me here for one extra night because the surgical site is still draining fluid. They can't pull the tube out of the closure just yet. I'll be i great care with the hospital bed for one extra night. It's all good. I'm just going to view it as a positive thing. I want to get home but a little extra care can't hurt.

Great news! Back in ‘06 I was hobbling around for five months waiting for arthroscopic surgery on both knees so I had a taste of not being mobile. Not a good feeling. Congrats and welcome back to your life.
