Thanks fellers... there are lots of mistakes on those guitars, but definitely part of the process of learning....

Tim, any idea where you get that metal edge stuff you have on your bass? I love that look... I wanna add that... btw, I love that bass it is so.... soulful! Reminds me of a bass that my favorite bass player in the world (Chris Whalen) used to play...

    Banjer parts on guitars!?

That would be sort of like using those d-wanking banjer tuners on the E strings of a Telecaster.

NORMAL people would never do that...

But then there are a few of us around here that a far from normal.

    :)

    Brian Friend Rules!

I knew about 3 years ago that I wanted to have Brian put my bender in.... maybe it is his love for country rock, his cool builds... or that fact that he knows Bob Warford! I knew that is what I wanted... and it is on the way..

if there is any shortcoming to the guitar it is my moronic finishing skills... but even that doesn't bother me... I'll be wearing that finish offa that sucka in no time!

Brian sent me some great pics this am... next week a man will appear with my guitar and I'll be starting to learn the ways of a PW....

    Thanks Brian!

OCH tamale! I'm a new member, fishing around for tips and inspiration, determined to put myself together a near-Telecaster. Yours are beautiful; I can't wait to see mine!
