Got in the pool for the third time this year.
The first was in January when a piece from the vacuum fell off and I had to retrieve it. Brrrrrrrrrr
The second was on May 1. Brrrrrrrrrrr
Tried it today and while brisk getting in it really felt good. For all the work of maintaining it during the winter the benefits are to be realized

Gotta get new noodles and floats for the season. Y’all are invited. Just bring Heineken and something for the grill.

Thanks, but please don't make me wear the lead boots this time!

Have to. The concrete boots mar up the bottom and sides

I've been in a couple of times this year - but at 82 degrees still chilly - I like it just over 90.

Everything is relative and what you are acclimated to

BTW, those are average temps taken at the airport not far above sea level. At my house (East End) about 120’ above sea level we run about 2-5 degrees cooler than the airport. I have friends that live ~ 225’ and ~ 300’ above sea level.
Definitely cooler air temps. Add in the wind chill and it does get nippy at night
