Just got one, output tubes and reverb tank were shot. Had replacement on had, great amp but the stock speaker is junk.

You never stated what decade that was?FWIW I paid $100 for mine at my local pawnshop in ‘94. The price included the foot switch and a vintage MXR Phase 100.
