misattribution of quotes is a sign of probably not being very serious about really, truly understanding things and making them right.
so because we all are unique, because we are, we are all not useful.
Or the P.A. system. If you're in a band and you don't sing, you better own a van.
Likewise - my version is only one example - thanks for your thoughtfulness and all your efforts at understanding and caring.Yeah bigass double edged sword and I feel for parents today as much as for kids today.
I was raised by a village, it's simple maths, parenting was a smaller number of hours a day than total hours.
The modern village (including computers) is much of why I've kept choosing to not spawn my own.
But because I'm part of a village, kids are one of the things I have.
Well, hafta wait for them to individually choose me as a part of their tribe, but they are then my village, kids today.
I sometimes see the sort of terrible mantle of motherhood (among those who care), that thing we see promoted as all joys and delights. Dads too of course, but I guess locally I see into more single moms particular parenting travails.
Maybe also kids with no dad at home are more open to knowing the men in their village.
I know as a kid I was shopping around for interesting examples to get clues from.
Not going into all the crap dumped on single moms here.
Anyhow, thanks for caring and trying.
Our future is in yer hands!
