That's what I thought, too. Great piece of music!
The Witcher is really bad, after half of the first episode, not going back.
Watched it Thursday. Started it thinking it's a movie, then sat on the couch for 5 hours binging it. Loved it, and the ending.
We watched both season 1 and season 2
Went from slightly interesting to just down right corny stupid. We watched 20 episodes.
IMDB says season 2 hasn't been made yet. Are you sure you aren't watching the Ken Stott series from the early 2000s with the same name?
I watched 2 episodes now (because of this tread)....can't make up my mind yeat.
Wife has been watching, she's hooked too. I need to catch it as well.
We also watched Dracula on netflix and enjoyed that.
Gotta give @getbent a big thank you for the recommending of this show!
Wifey and I are really liking it so far. We are also watching an older series with Morgan Freeman showing cultural and religious differences and their beliefs on various topics. Also eye opening.
So far it is a great show.
Thanks for the push @getbent
I have a few episodes of the Expanse to watch, this will be next.
I think you are watching something else...
Just binged the whole thing Monday and loved it. Also started watching the Dracula series on Netflix. I'm in full blown hate-watch mode on that one.
We never saw an earlier series by the same name, that I recall.
Obviously I don't have a clue, we only watched 10 episodes (season 1) seemed like 20 - I guess the intensity it created within me made each approximately 45 episode seem like much more. We binged this over a first few days of the new year, as my wife was off from work.
We have binge watched some much stuff, It's a wonder my mind functions at all. The condition of my tired eyes reflects their over use.
Noodle is fried.
I will not watch another season of this.
Just overwhelmed by what we watched we only watched 10 episodes. Binged over three days.
I misquoted what we had watched, I did have the correct series (not that far gone yet). Yellow tunic/Sand Storm to Poppy Field.
my hearing is so bad now, I can not hear a lot of the "off the fretboard" picking and screeching anymore...kinda sad, that I have no one else to blame but myself.
I'd slog through it if we could discuss it, but since that's not possible I'll play my guitar.
we could make a private group to discuss if you like.
What kind of group are you referring to? I might be up for that. The only thing is that I want the discussion to be available for public consumption. If it's just a discussion behind closed doors, then I'm not really into that.
Got the flu tuesday of last week... we watched--> Marcella & then we began Broadchurch... MAN! We have been riveted... some of the details are messed up, but the acting is fantastic and the complexity of the stories are mind blowing... they are like watching a jig saw puzzle...
The quality of these northern european noir crime dramas is really something...
We loved Broadchurch. My wife would sit down when I had the TV ready to go and ask what she missed, and I would say - in my best Scottish drawl - "previously on Broadchurch", trying to sound like David Tennant (poorly).
Then when Olivia Colman was the queen on "The Crown", I kept looking at my wife and would half-yell "Miller!" - well, maybe more like "Millah!". The amount of mileage I get from one stupid quote...
that is funny! we have also taken to using british slang... but we mostly co opt the the great british baking show... which is among my favorites... the judges and contestants are just fantastic and the agony when failure arrives is, well, palpable.
