Mary wanted to learn an instrument and we decided it'd be easier to share videos of Cindy as her!

Thank You for posting that,Dave!I was lucky to be at that show in the first video!Standing a few feet away from the person that took it!Oct 2011,the richmond va folk festival. It was a great weekend for all! Cindy , Redd and band were great!

I also saw them during the Folk Festival. Went to see Redd and got lucky that Cindy was there too!

As I recall, they performed a couple of times during the weekend. I saw rpthem in the late afternoon/early evening.

What I especially admire about Cindy is that she's great technically, but she knows when to not play, or not play very much, and her playing always conveys a sense of joy at building the performance. (I'm glad to hear she's a nice person, too. :))

Cindy's one of the best to be sure. It's always a pleasure to hear her play. Actually, I first heard her on The Prairie Home Companion. I quickly learned of her immense talent. Thanks for posting.
