Hello. I have been building a partscaster but was just wondering what pickup would be best for getting the sounds of the 70th anniversary Esquire - which is a Tim shaw pickup that sounds amazing.

I wanted to ask the experts for help so here I am!

Is there anything special about the tim shaw 70th anniversary Esquire pickup? What other pickup might get that bright, jangly, beautiful sound?

I’m in love with the Esquire! It’s a beautiful guitar. But I’d like to sell it, so am hoping there’s an easy way of getting the sound. Thanks!

SN, have you asked Bare Knuckles their opinion?

Keep the pickup and sell the guitar with something else in it?
