www.befunky.com will sap you of usable time, and provide some great tools for easy picture manipulation. My fave is the cartoonizer function, used here on the home collection with a few modifications:

There better be some reason why this doesn't work for me, or you are in big trouble. I don't have time for this!

    (Just kidding; looks cool! Thanks!)

OK, it works fine. That's not good!

Haha, yeah and it's cool how all you need is a simple image capture thingy to save what you make (very easy w/macs). FREE is FREE.

I had some fun making a series of silly comic pages for the four guys here on staff at Moollon. Seriously, www.befunky.com is like a homemade graphic novel/comic strip formula in a box, and it's more addictive than I had expected...

Hmmmm. Got the photos of my sons band on the home computer. I used the toonizer built into the Kodak Easy share software. Turned out cool. I'll post it later.

You need to do a screen capture first to save the image to your computer, and then you can print as needed. Us stubborn Mac users do screen caps with the very easy command+shift+4 to pull it off, but I'm not sure how it's done in Windows.

And now for some of a few legends...
