I just started reading this thread, not realizing that it was started 5 years ago. I went to go flip the page, and noticed that it was 100+ pages long! Yikes! I wonder which page the completed guitar is on. :D

Yes. No doubt about it. It's how most Glitter "peel and stick" self-adhesive films are produced. As long as the top coat is a translucent color, silver glitter is all that is needed.

Whether or not your buddy can finish a guitar like Bucko, I have no idea. Seems like he's a pro, so it should come out fine.

It's up to the builder/manufacturer. Most used colored Glitters for spray jobs and cover with clear, but silver Glitter covered with translucent color works too, until you dent it down to the silver glitter. That looks really bad. It's one reason why OEM guitar manufacturers and boat builders use colored Glitter.

There's a sound clip? Oh - never mind. I thought you were talking about the sound clips from your accident

Beautiful guitar. You're a lucky man. Get well soon :D

    Thanks!

"Someday" will probably be right after "tomorrow."

If you know what I mean.

You do amazing work sir!-I'm wondering If anybody on the forum can give me an idea of how many cans of the SprayMax Urethane Aerosol Clear Coat it would take to bury 0.15 flake on a Tele body and headstock?

Well it must have been buried pretty deep. I don't see a single sparkle on it!

And I guarantee Bucko has sparkles on everything he owns :D
