Admin Post You might remember that some time ago I routed the neck pocket on a couple (okay, it was THREE!) bodies a bit deep. I want to paint one of them up with Mohawk Champagne Frost. I took some scrap ash and routed it to the shape of the heel of a neck (I have to apologize for the poor quality of the photo.) cut off a slice a bit thicker than needed and glue it in place...Titebond I. Good stuff that won't slip. I'll be able to throw a template back on there and route out a new neck pocket. Only 5/8" deep this time. The grain even sort of matches. When I spray on the toner, it will make it all look good.
