Here's my Tri-burst...
Just put this Tele together and thought I'd submit a photo.
I've always liked the look of a double bound but never owned one, so when I saw this TL62B tri-burst body for sale I decided to go for it. My idea was to create one good-sounding, good-playing Tele and sell 2 others I had.
So I loaded the body with SD AlNiCo Pro pickups, a black pick guard, 4-way switch, Glendale bridge plate, Callaham saddles and a maple American Deluxe 9.5" radius neck. I'm really happy with the result.
I was planning on installing a neck humbucker with a hotter bridge pickup, but it sounds pretty good with these AlNiCo Pros, so I think I'll leave it as is for now.
and my second MJT double bound body- Nash Neck and Lollars. a 6.0 LB. amazing guitar
This is a West LA Music 40th anniversary Telecaster, black, double bound,

It may only be a Squier but I still love it!
Here's my Double bound baby. CVC with a CV 50's neck
This one may become an Esquire sometime soon...
Nothing "only" about a Squier. Perfectly good guitar, as someone once said.
Hi all. I am happy to see the DBTOC still alive and kicking. Unfortunately I retired from this forum years ago, and am not around to update the lists or respond to personal messages which I still seem to get a few of about this. So not need to "register" for membership, just post a picture of your double bound and you are a member!
My own tele collection is sadly reduced to three, all double bound: The Tux, the Andy Summers tribute and a Mahogany Esquire. All custom built. The one I miss the most of the others is the CS Albert Collins. That was a perfect guitar.
My Japanese DB!
