You guys are clever. There are some good ones, some REALLY good ones... and some stinkers, lol. Some of them are mine.
The Orchardist drove a lemon....
The Animal drove a Lumina. (animal backwards, sorta).
Bachman drove a Turner, because it had Overdrive.
Jean-Luc Ponty drove a Pontiac.
So did Lyle Lovett.
Susan Powter drove a Fit.
Pete Seeger drove a Newport!
Bob Dylan drove a Buick Six.
Andre the Giant drove a Bambino...

The Fresh Prince drove a Bel Air.
The Allstate was a Henry J, that ain't no Henry J in the picture.

The DMV will tell you, an Allstate is an Allstate. The Henry J was after all, just a name chosen in a contest. I looked and looked at the image of the beige compact, to be certain some Joker hadn't put an Allstate grille on a vehicle registered as a Henry J. I remember seeing a "Frazer" at one of the KFOC shows and the joker had just installed a Frazer grille and some script on a car registered as a Kaiser. And I remember really well a '53 Manhattan that was made to look like a Dragon when it wasn't born one.
