All my Japan made boss pedals.
Just my Waza pedals
Here is the best multi effects overdrive made. It has the Fulldrive 2 (full-d) and Klon Centaur (Centa-od)
I've owned many more than this that I have sold off.
Count me in. Been gradually upgrading my board when funds allow - replaced a Donner tuner with a TU3, Joyo Trem with a TR2 and Rogue delay with a DD3.
Nothing wrong with the Joyo or the Rogue btw, actually very good pedals for the price but wanted that Boss durability.
it's a great pedal. right now i use it as a clean boost by connecting send (a) to return (a) and/or to bring in another amp on the (b) send.
I've been using this for rockabilly lately. I can't believe Boss stopped making it.
All my 2 series Boss pedals.
Put this together for my next acoustic gig.
New Ms-3 with other Waza pedals before wiring it up.
I just picked up a used one recently and love it. It does all I need it to do (except for the dotted eighth/quarter U2 thing but I rarely need that) and love how simple yet powerful it is. And, it sounds great! I also picked up a used CH-1 chorus a couple weeks ago and have a TU-3w on order. Guess I'm getting into Boss again.
Oh Boss, why did you discontinue this great pedal?
Current stable, no pedal board - daisy chain only
DD 3 ( currently dead - who can fix? )
Hunting FL 2, RV and maybe the ultimate fakery pedal PS 6
Surf's up. Great pedals for surf music.
I've got one Boss Pedal: HM-2.
It sounds like thit most the time, but on a couple of settings on my Fender Mustang amp, it sounds absolute total Iommi Sabbath Paranoid tone. Just killer. Can't get it with anything else. Could get a oner (hundred quid) for it, but I think I'll hold on to it for now.
I gave away my Chandler Tube Driver to a mate, but I held on to this.
The HM-2 isn't a very versatile pedal. It sounds like crap most the time. But now and again, in the right setup, there isn't anything that can really replace it.
Sabbath are my no.1 band. Iommi my no.1 guitarist (pretty much). This pedal just gives pure early Sabbath tone and my guitar isn't even tuned down a notch.
I miss my old DDL pedal by Boss as well. I don't want to talk about that, it's quite upsetting. Man, that was a beautiful amazing pedal.
What do I know?
Probably someone posted this before, but if not, here is Billy Duffy:
My fantasy pedals
Count me in!
On my pedalboard: SD-1Waza, DS-1 Anniversary (NJR), CH-1 (analog), DM-2Waza
Out of board: DS-1 (MIT Mitsubishi), OD-3
Sold: SD-1 (MIT), DD-3, TU-2
In scope: CE-2W
I was not very happy about SD-1, DD-3 and TU-2 buffers, they had to go. Also DS-1 (MIT) seems to suck out tone a lot, so it stays out of the board, even though I like the fuzziness of its Mitsubishi chip . On the other hand I'm very pleased by Waza SD-1 and DM-2. Having SD-1W in the front of the board and DM-2W as the last one it seems the buffer is really good and the guitar dynamics is maintained.
TC Polytune 2 -> BOSS SD-1W -> Ibanez TS9 (reissue) -> BOSS DS-1-4A -> BOSS CH-1 (analog) -> MXR Phase 90 -> BOSS DM-2W
Some older setup photo at least ;-)
Boss 500 series pedals. RV-500-MD-500 and DD-500 all super deep and will cover my pedal needs for sometime!
Nice and neat.
