I have been thinking about making a reverse Jazzmaster for a couple of years now, it's not the way I imagined it but it's cool none the less

I don't like it. The reason the La Cab was so awesome is because it was so different from anything else out there. I know FMIC is a business and these things will sell like crazy but if they are just gonna reissue it to death with little tiny variations then I'm out. Bravo to good business sense but a giant thumbs down in creativity.

I like it. I want them to flip the body back around, though.

It looks cool to me, I have a sweet spot for offset guitars. Personally I think it needs some more hardware though, the bridge looks boring without the crazy term bar and all that Chrome. And it kinda looks like a Telemaster with that neck but that's not a bad thing. Good point about how the body blocks off the upper frets....

I actually thought it was cool... It did bother me that they misspelled "borracha"

Don't like it, nope. The Cabronita made me say "That looks great, but it's way too expensive." The Boracha makes me say "That looks wrong, and it's way too expensive."

Interesting, but no good from a player's point of view. I like acess to my frets, even if I rarely use them. Turn the body back around and maybe they'll have something.

    Form should follow function.
    That just seems contrived.

    - reverse the body
    - put on the classic '50s tele saddles if you produce a guitar that looks like it's from the '50s

Otherwise: I like it. 1 pickup is more than enough for me, and I like aged guitars.

I wont be rushing out to buy one.

Like BacksideSlappy said, who uses those top 5 frets anyway?
