I saw this on a cooking video or something, I really can't recall. I do remember this, it's called the Bohemian egg. Fry two strips of bacon in a pan. Cook them until they are almost crisp then crack an egg between them so that the yolk fits. Fry the egg between the strips until firm, then flip it. Serve when ready. I like a runny yolk so I cook it quick. It's a quick way to cook breakfast. I have it with toast, potatoes, or grits.
