Let's do it. Let's look at the four greatest songs ever made. No explanation is needed to explain why these are The Big Four. The fact is they just are the four greatest songs ever made.

#4.
"Heat Wave" - Martha Reeves and the Vandellas

#3.
"I Found Out" - John Lennon

#2.
"Memphis Tennessee" - Johnny Rivers

and the greatest song ever made....

#1.
"Ballroom Blitz" - The Sweet

I gave that a listen to see if your contribution to this thread was a serious one.
It wasn't.
I don't know. It sounded kinda like white noise to me, which as you know, is "all frequencies". So it's possible that this submission includes "all songs ever" which must also include the top 4. Now if we could just filter out the rest of them it would be a more enjoyable listen. Isn't there some mastering plugin that turns white noise into top 10 hits? Asking for a friend (cough).

chic - good times

This is a pretty good answer. Doesn't make The Big Four, but definitely in The Big 15 Of Greatest Songs Ever Made. Both the bass and guitar are absolute iconic examples of brilliant and creative musicianship. Hard to find a song in which the bass playing and guitar playing are both paragons of perfection.
