and get chance to be a bit naughty with the Loud Pedal, try 'Cruise Missile' by Steve Morse:

I am not one of those people whose idea of
driving music" is not limited to songs with lyrics about driving. My favorite drive of all time was the first time I ever drove up the Pacific Coast Highway from LA to Big Sur, listening to a CD of Bernard Hermann soundtrack music from Hitchcock films.

Another one: Driving at night through a snowstorm listening to the Sling Blade soundtrack:

I like driving slowly down a deserted country road, admiring the scenery, while listening to this:

Of songs explicitly about driving and travel, here's one that I like:

I guess this is far less known than Ramblin' Man, but as a driving song it's up there with RM and Jessica for me.

I take late night drives very often. I prefer live albums or songs. Got a thumb drive loaded with hundreds of songs. The energy of a live show makes the drive way better.

I'm not sure, but I don't think many of my mates have heard this one, so maybe it's unknown?

    It's a cracker though

Can you spot the Danny Gatton solo in this one? This song always pushes my right foot down on the accelerator.
