"GIMME DAT, ya numbskull!"
Didn't watch the video, but I love the guy having an existential crisis mid-performance under the woman's forearm in the video thumbnail.
Or get you one of these guys.
What about the horn player who is laughing into his instrument @ 0:53
Ha! I had to watch it for that, and I'm glad I did. That violinist shreds, whoever she is.
You notice how the #2 violinist's violin had much better tone than the soloist's violin?
Her face says the opposite - it might be good tone but it's not MY specialsecretsauce tone!
Didn't miss a beat.
I want one of those guys.
Conductor at 0:47 . o O ( Better wrap this up before we run out of fiddles! )
Good lord! That broken string could have taken an eye out!!!
SRV didn't even need that string to finish the song.
And BB didn't need no roadie.
Brushy One String doesn't even need the other five.
Ref to original vid - it's good to know who you can turn to when under fire -
Kudos to her backup for no-hesitation support.
Peace - Deeve
The performer AND the conductor pulled off a perfect save.
I should have put a "wink" emoji in there. I was joking. In my experience, violinists are bigger tone snobs than guitarists.
Yeah me too!
I dunno. There were multiple guitarists on the stage but Ronnie Wood kinda got shut down for offering up his guitar to Buddy Guy...
And, quite literally, they 'barely missed a beat'.
Kudos to her (and the other violinist).
In a lot of classical music, mistakes (or mishaps) are REALLY difficult to cover up.
She handled it about as well as anyone could.
