    exacly what i did. Didn't agree with any of it. I don't know how to do screenshots.
    I tried the the various steps after doing a search, and it does nothing.

    No, that was my question really. I like chrome, mostly because i am used to it.
    I don't think that bluewheel on other sites.

    For screen shot, click the start button, then type "snip". Select the "snipping tool". That will allow you to select portions of a screen, or a whole screen, to save to a file.

    If you click the start button (lower left) on your windows desktop, typing "snip" will bring up the snipping tool on Windows 7 as well. It's part of Windows.
