Today is the first day without snow on the ground at my house since before Christmas. Snow again tomorrow night though.

Yes, I saw on the news last you night that you were going to get the worst of it. Here in Central Illinois, we got maybe 1.5”. It just started coming down again about 30 minutes ago.

Knock on wood, we've had it pretty easy so far, in regards to snow and temperature. Just waiting for the other shoe to drop...

I've lived the last 40 years without snow and I miss it. Everything from dustings to blizzards. Especially that first Spring day when everything starts to thaw and you can feel the season change.

you have the preferred view on such a day! Something hot to drink and warm to wear, maybe a fire...

We've started getting rain (finally) and I am filled with gratitude!

maybe later go play on that john deere!

That's the biggest sheet cake I've every seen. White icing, too.

I hear the prairie states and midwest are getting it by the ton.

They've been predicting snow here for days. It hasn't quite happened at my altitude, other than a dusting that melted. The upside is, my boss lets me take cars home from work when they predict snow, so predict away!
