I may be wrong, but it often seems to me that this forum is awash with Texans.
Is there something in the air down there that makes you people susceptible to telecasters?

Let's see how many of you there are.

    I live in NYC....

I was raised in Raleigh, NC. Both wonderful places, but I've always loved Texas. Somehow the Southwestern U.S. has always drawn me. Ever since I was a little kid, I've had my heart set on moving there one day. Does that count???

Oh yeah, I love Telecasters too.

Like my profile says, I live in Cleveland now, but my heart is still in Texas.

Born and raised in sunny San Angelo, and damn proud of it. Give me a lake side campfire and a cooler full of Shiner Bock over an Ohio winter anyday!

Austin, TX, here, since May, 1982. Before that, Falls Church, VA (1970-1982) and Oakland, CA (1963-1970).
Got my first Tele, a natural finish 1972 Standard in September 1979 for $200!!! Wish I still had it.

Houston for my day job during the week

Willow Springs (near Fayetteville) on the weekends

I'm trying to figure out how to move out to the country full time, but not just yet (got to let Corp. America pay a few more of my bills for now)

    Cheers,
    Doug

I'm here. I lived in Texas for 20 years before moving to Jackson Hole for 5 years. Now, I've been back in Texas for 4 months... but I can't say my heart has left Wyoming yet.
