Awesome story. A couple guys I was stationed with went there for the Wall coming down--that would've been very cool.

My first car was a Chevy Corvair. Yellow with black bucket seats.

Bill Kirchen butt-dialed me after his show several years ago, he was going to recommend a hernia surgeon to me so I gave him my number before the show.

Hell of a show, then later I think it was on my voicemail, couple minutes of muffled van talk.

Any guy that will stop and talk to you about hernias minutes before they go onstage is ok in my book. Doesn’t hurt that he is a monster on guitar either.

Elephants and crows are so smart that they could drive cars.

Just don't let them share the road though.

I had a dark green Ford Pinto.
    It was great!
    No stories.
    I had a Plymouth Volare.
I sang Volare in it, all the time.
My daughter would often join in.
    Really.
I had two two tone 1956 Chevys.
Both had small in-line 6 cylinder engines.
    Both were 4 door.
    Both were blue/green and white.
One had a standard transmission, one had a Powerglide.
Yes, I felt cool driving both of them.
    Not simultaneously.
    No, I was never cool.

I was actually way ahead of the game when it came to pulp free orange juice.
Back in the old days when it came like this my grandmother would make a pitcher of it and I got out the strainer and would strain the whole container of it..
