My original one was a cool cut and paste of JG and SRV pretend playing together. Then, a few years ago, someone posted a thread saying, "Hey, let's all get new avatars!" Monkey see, monkey do...voila.

I like my old one better, but my hard drive got hit by lightning and it's lost forever.

Mine is the lower cowl off of my 1984 Yamaha RZ350 motorcycle, I'm pointing at the RZ350 emblem so that everyone knows who I am... ;)

Mine was changed in protest after a newbie mod decided a cartoon of a cartoon man in a cartoon bathtub was offensive.

I changed it in solidarity and support of the mistreated member, but now I cant even remember who it was (Bones?)

I just never did change it back to whatever the original one was!

Found this little (and dim) cat creature in H. Bosch's Garden of Earthly Delights. I thought he looked cool.

I'm paranoid that the internet will figure out who I am, so I don't have one!

Partly because this post got me thinking about my avatar, I just tried to switch the picture for something new. Couldn’t do it. I mean, I could have done it, but I just couldn’t make myself do it. Y’all are stuck with the Evil Governor.

Mine is a "Crafted in Japan" model. I had a good week and my wife was asleep on the couch so I bough this Tele and a Fender Hot Rod Deville on Ebay on the same night! My son was 2 at the time (12 years ago) Photo_021007_006[1].jpg

Well, I haven’t done new business cards yet, but I have changed my avatar pic. I was helping someone add a avatar pic, and in the process, I just changed mine. The new avatar pic is a shot of my two Logan Custom “Firecasters.”

What's the story for your avatar?[/QUOTE]

Mine is of one of the 1982-3 Fenders I started collecting (I now have 4 Teles and Strats, both USA and MIJ) when I took up the guitar 18 months ago.

Mine used to be a chicken silhouette for a few years but I changed it a howling wolf silhouette 1.5-2 years ago because the lone wolf just seemed better.

I've been here nearly 6 years, even though my account says April 2015. I couldn't never remember my first account password. So I just made another account, told everybody and rolled on.
