Hey ya know what? Who cares if other people get it or not. You got it for your dad and as long it makes you happy that's all that matters. That was also a cool idea to get the matching partscaster. Plus I like it so that's a +1 to your tally marks :D

My other arm..meaning? My last name instead of fender, I love fender guitars, the "v" reminds me of my dad as he loves 57 Chevys & that's the hood ornament on those, & I am a "custom shop product" of my parents...

No Tele tattoos...I considered it, but I feel like my Rickenbacker tattoo already says enough about what I used to enjoy a lot more than I do now.

It's more appropriate because it was one of those that made me want to start playing, and not a Tele. As much as I love Tele's now, that's just the hard truth. Hahaha

And somehow this drivel masquerading as art or a special message makes you feel more complete?

The reality is it all looks like dogsh!t. And not particularly well rendered at that.

I find it funny that you have 5867 posts on a forum that is dedicated to a guitar. An instrument that is all about personal expression.

Yes, being judgemental closed-minded is so rock and roll, isn't it?

Not really into tattoos but I think these "Fender under the skin" ones are pretty cool:

The second one is especially impressive.
