Hi y'all - Long time reader, first time poster.

So I am wanting to modify the wiring on my Telecaster Custom but its kind of a weird wiring I'm wanting. As you all know, the four knobs provide extra variation which might make it work but I'm not sure I'm wondering if 1)is the below even possible? 2)If so, is anyone able to make a diagram to reflect this? Thanks in advance, I'm looking forward to it.

Looking for:

- Master volume for the guitar
- Both tone knobs remain seperate (one for bridge, one for neck)
- Other Master volume slot to be a blend knob for the neck pickup so even in other positions it can be blended in.
- Three way switch to remain useable.

Let me know what you guys think. Thanks!

After a little thinkology, yes, I think it can be done - sort of. The issue is going to be HOW the "blend" will work with the pickup selector in the middle - not at all, I'm thinking. You'll only get a blend when the bridge pickup is selected. I have other distractions today, but if no one else come up with something, I should be able to work up a drawing in a day or two.

OK, here's what I came up with, assuming you have the "Gibson" style toggle pickup selector.
It gives you this, on the 3-way: neck on, both on, bridge on with neck "blend."
Master volume, individual tones - although in the middle throw, both tones will affect the output. No way around that.
Not quite what you asked for, but as close as I could come. I don't think it's an improvement to the regular scheme, but whatever floats yer boat...

I wired up a scheme something like this, but I have individual pickup volumes with a master volume and master tone.
