Tele Pickup Wire Colors...

    Wonder if anyone can advise how Red & Yellow Strat pickup wire color-codes match to Black & White on a Tex-Mex neck pickup? Red-to-Black & White-to-Yellow? That would only be a guess.

    yellow wire to the switch, red is ground, like blacks are on other fender pups.

    You may have to reverse those wires as some strat pickups are reverse polarity to tele pickups. Try it and see.
