Tele Identification

Hi,
New here but a Tele and Strat owner since 1980.
I traded some crappy guitars and amps for what seems like a nice Telecaster at Gravity here in Denver. After checking it out closer at home, I think it is a partscaster. The MX serial number on the neck does not come up on the Fender serial number locater. It is MX21514987.
It is a double bound tricolor sunburst with a white 3 ply pick guard, maple 21 neck with rosewood fingerboard. And here's the thing, it has a Duncan Designed bridge pickup. So my question is, is this a Squire with a MX neck?

Help me out.

you can take off the neck and look for the id markings on the neck and neck pocket

It could be a replacement neck (often MX) from the factory that was not sold as a guitar. Perhaps those numbers don't show up on serial# searches. Best to remove it and look for heel markings.

Based on this site, I believe MX21*** places it as 2021 production, but I could be wrong.
