Tele highway one texas neck specs?

Hey guys, im a bit confused in regards to the specs of the highway one texas tele. Im in the process of gathering some parts to build a partcaster and i just saw a nice used highway one texas neck for sale. I know it has been refretted and i know all the specs exept one thing. Im confused as to where the truss rod adjustment screw is. Sweetwater says its at the heel, but every picture i see seems to shows it at the nut, cause there's a hole in the walnut bit at the end of the fretboard like most americans. Can some of you tele grand wizards help me out? Thanks a lot

It is at the neck. Some early Fender literature stated it was at the heel.
But when the model was put in production the truss adjustment was at the neck.
