I've got a tele that has a tele bridge and neck pu with a humbucker in the middle. I'm wondering if any of you think the following switching can be done with a four-way switch. I basically want normal tele switching or the middle humbucker only.

I don't want to use a push/pull or mini switch and I don't want to split the humbucker.

    1 Bridge only
    2 Bridge and neck (parallel)
    3 Neck only
    4 Middle humbucker only

    Thanks in advance.

Yes, just emulate the jumpers for the inbetween with the neck and middle on opposite sides of the switch as standard, with the humbucker added to the remaining position pole on either side.

Thanks for posting. I'm a total neophyte with wiring and only understand diagrams. Any chance you could point me towards one?

Why not use a 5 way switch connect the neck pickup to the middle position, this gives you bridge, bridge and neck, neck, neck plus humbucker, and humbucker

I appreciate that, but per my personal preference I only want 4 positions. I'm specifically looking for a normal tele switching plus a full humbucker option.
