I've noticed that there are quite a few who have reached
the sixth decade and perhaps beyond around here. I even made it
just last week, although there've been times in my life when I
didn't think I would see it happen. ;)

So, I'm wondering how many other seniors are out there in TDPRI land...won't you sign in please...

I'm in, too. You know the saying "If it's too loud you're too old"? Well, sometimes it's just too loud.

I made it in April, but I've had the attitude for several years.

I turned 60 last year. But, how come it seems like I was in my 30's just a few years ago?

61 and still rockin'! I play 10-12 gigs a month on average in a couple of bands (original and cover), and I enjoy it as much as I ever did.

I still have the 1957 Tweed Bassman that I bought at age 22 for $375 on the recommendation of my guitar teacher.

Yeah, crossed the line - and am even retired from one career, but I am not a "senior", don't call me "sir", and I hate it when some stranger, clerk or waiter calls me "young man".

I often work 12-14 hour days and 50 + hour weeks, am the father of a cantankerous 16 year old son, go to school sports and other events, can still play all night, and lug around my twin combo or bass amps. My colleagues range in age from their 20s to the 60s.

That happened to me, also. I told him "Can the 'Pops' crap, Junior, and just give me my AARP discount!"

    Count me in too.

Plus I've been getting all sorts of info about Medicare recently so I must be older than I feel!

Heck they started sending "Hoveround" material when I was less than 55.
I can still work rings around almost anybody of any age.
