Trusty Casio Strat & DvMark GH250 Di'd
@fendrguitplayr - Nice tone, pinch harmonics, bends, dives and sweet retro blues riffin' Mike. Raunchy and raw.
@estreet - Sweet cosmic blue's ride and tone. I'm always a sucker for cool delay too - nice Carl!
@estreet - Lots of creativity in your take. Great tone, bends, riffage and plank spankin' - Nice!
@Alan L Cole - Superb phrasing and dynamics with your trademark bluesy riffs mixing with those high register licks.
Nice moody track, I used Katana's lead mode,,, I tamed the delay after 10 seconds, too much.
Here's mine. My Tele is on left, my Casino on the right.
Please record yourself and post it.
Ok, I'm going to tell you everything I didn't like about you playing,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Each string gets a smiley and $10,000,
Now I'll tell you what I really liked,
I heard you do some things sort of like I do a little, enough to go "hey, I know that sound".
I also heard a few moments where you had a Beck like thing, some phrasing and bend/vibratoing. Beck is good but that may not be your influence for that, what you really have is your own thing.
Killer tone too, very sweet, I heard that overtone on top sing out for a second.
Good track and good stuff so far.
@fendrguitplayr - Love the off the pick harmonics. Very emotional and expressive.
@estreet - Nice Marshall sort of tone. Kind of meditative and reflective. Then it goes into the stratosphere!
@Alan L Cole - Thanks for the track! (I must admit I got messed up a couple of times because sometimes the F-E change happens once, and sometimes twice). Nice tone and wonderful phrasing.
@ASATKat - Those bends and pull-offs are howling with emotion. Very expressive.
Good stuff Alan.
Dig the raw tone and bluesy phrasing. A little bit of John Fogerty in there. Nice!
Nice phrasing and feel for the track. Liked your tone and the right channel chord work. Tasteful playing @guitarsophist.
@ASATKat - It sounded like you played very soulful with great lines. Yes, Beck is one of many influences of mine.
@guitarsophist - Nice mix between the two guitars complimenting each other and good blues riffing.
Nice "atmospheric" progression for a morning like this: dark and rainy
Fogerty? That's interesting. I may sound like that because, well, I'm a fortunate son that was born on the bayou right next to the Green river.
I probably should have faded out before the full measure but I didn't.
