Does anyone have any experience with voltage converters and tube amps?
I want to take my amp on a 3 month trip to Spain and will need a converter to step down the 220 voltage used there?
If anyone has extra with this can you recommend a converter?
Thanks, much appreciated

How sophisticated and huge an amp do you want to bring? A Micro Terror has automatic voltage switching, and you only need a different plug or a computer cable.

I’d stuff a THR 10 in my carry on.

Make sure you have a Transformer that can handle the Amperage your Amp needs.
I have seen so-called converters that matched outlet types with Ameircan plugs but, had no transformer.
Be careful.
