    Completely.

I wonder how long it would take us to make a run from Austin to Ohio.

It would be cool to see them use as many original musicians as possible. I wonder if Jay Dee Maness or Lloyd Green are still active.

Our own Earl Poole Ball played piano on the record. I hope they call him.

Just seeing this in print makes me happy. I'll gladly buy the recording...

I started hyperventilating... but immediately reeled myself in. I can't imagine a better bunch of talent to make SHotR again. Marty's voice, Harry's...they will kill on this tour! So many great memories of when that record came out. Truly life changing...for me anyway.

Wonderful... I hope they play "Chestnut Mare" even though I won't be seeing them.

Roger was a big influence on me musically in the "early days"... starting with 8 Miles High.

Anyone remember when the Byrds did "Hey, Mr. Tambourine Man"? When was that... 1966 or so?

Not to mention Clarence White's guitar being used to play songs that were recorded with it way back when.

I got married a few weeks ago and part of the ceremony was us planting a tree with our kids with soil takes from both our family homes, to hickory wind.

    Nice touch.

Have to admit, though, that my favorite version of that song is BR5-49's.

One of my favorite albums ever. Hoping I get a chance to go, but so far no Florida dates announced, and nothing less than about a thousand miles from where I live.

Indeed they both are... And they recorded a tribute to the original album as well https://recordstoreday.com/SpecialRelease/10298

Clarence White was such a SMOKIN' great player. Top shelf stuff.

Just got tickets for Albany NY show. Sept 18. Only a few seats left. Thanks for this post. I would have missed out.
