I am sure it is good to have it up and making good sound. The 6C10 has cathode bypass caps on sections B and C. Section A is the cathodyne phase inverter and in stock form does not have a bypass caps. It is good practice imho for a tech to be specific as to what was done. I use a formal work order detailing parts and work. That becomes a repair/service history for the owner and any future repair person.

Just commenting on the business documents handwritten on notebook paper. PSA we have computers and software for invoicing now.
Or….a more formal work order if one isn’t tied into the digital domain.
