I was undecided whether to buy the Suhr or Captor X, but if I do buy the Suhr are the following correct ?

A: I run the 8 ohm output of my head to the loadbox and the output directly to the input of an active monitor

B : In this configuration I am able to use the IR's

    C: I can install 3rd party Ownhammer IR 's if I wish

D: If I am not recording, I don't need an audio interface

I know absolutely Jack about load boxes and IR's so I appreciate your help on this

I have the two notes captor 8 and the cab m.
So my tech on hand is behind the spec you are looking at.
    No exp w the suhr.
I understand the Captor X will cover the points you ask about.
The two notes stuff is very tweakable.

I don't have a Suhr but I do use a Bugera Power Soak along with a Hotone Binary IR Cab. In this configuration, the line out on the Bugera goes into the IR Cab. I typically use Ownhammer EV-L 12 IR's there. From the IR Cab, I send the signal to a mixer where I can send it out to PA monitors, headphones and/or recording on my PC.
