I'm adding a tremolo pedal but can't make up my mind between these two.

Can you talk me out of one or both of these?

I had the Jack Rabbit and loved it. One of my all time favorite pedals ever. I only sold it because I needed money while in x-ray school and it was worth a lot. I bought it used and broke even/made money on it, don't remember which. They are fantastic, very versatile. One of the ramp modes...i think it was ramp up, worked awesome when paired with an Edge-style delay. It has a more diverse range and style of tremolo effects than most. Highly recommended. I will buy one again one day.

The Jack Rabbit has a great reputation and I seriously considered it at one point during my "ever swapping" tremolo pedal period in my life. What changed was understanding the differences between amp tremolos. Fender has three different ones and other amp companies developed different ones as well. Once I listened to a bunch of amp tremolos, I realized which one I had been chasing for years and then zeroed in on that specific amp tremolo emulation. I have only purchased one trem pedal ever since and it is a lifer for me. Just sharing my experience. Good luck.

Thanks for the insights. I'm going to pull the trigger on this when I get my next paycheck.

Considered Keeley Verb O Trem? My current fave. 3kinds of trem and choice of 2 reverbs in a normal sized pedal.
