I've been thinking about picking this little amp up so I can practice electric guitar stuff on the go. Outside on the deck, at my voice lessons, downtime at work, etc. But, it seems to get mixed reviews. It looks like it'll do what I'm looking for, but looking for people with first hand knowledge.

Hey, why not just get a Dano Honeytone?
Looks and sounds nice, runs on AC or a 9v battery, and it's small enough to fit in a gig-bag pocket.

It doesn't have a suction-cup, but it does have a belt-clip if you want to attach it to your person. It's cheaper too.

It's also a great work-bench amp, and it's handy to bring along for testing out used pedals and guitars. I love the silly little thing.

For that money, I'd buy a used Behringer V-Amp and use headphones.
It's got a million tones in it, and some are quite good.
I can't really plug in at all at home, so mine has been a godsend.

Quick look at the 1 star reviews confirms that it has no volume control, and for that reason - I'm out.

I use a vox amplug for this purpose.

The volume control is on the guitar.
